Description: Construction a new 65,000 sqft. Supermarket, from the ground up, in a new shopping plaza

​

Construction: Concrete foundation, structural steel skeletal frame, CMU exterior walls with some metal stud & EIFS used on front facade.

Responsibilities:   Project management for our client during the negotiation and value-engineering phase. After the contract was awarded we did the project management for the construction from the initial buyout to final acceptance by the owner.
